Can’t Find HELP ANYWHERE!!!!
I’m using Promix HP and House and Garden line. I’ve been able to find feeding schedules online but it only tells me how much to feed them not how often. The local grow store says I should feed everyday till I get runoff. Is that too much? Will it suffocate the roots or will it be OK? I have been running them in 10 to 15 gal pots and been feeding them 1.5 gals of food and 3 days later giving them 2 gals of just plain RO water. I have not been adjusting the PH of the RO water when I water them, I was told that RO water is just like rain water and has the prefect PH already and I shouldn’t need to adjust it? Just not getting the results I’m looking for. Really looking for someone who has used these products and has had results. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Always check and adjust your ph and for instance I feed every second watering and I water/feed every 2-3 days I don’t let it dry right out but the roots need some air time my pots also air prune the roots they are slotted all the way around
Pro-mix HP is just peat moss, perlite and mycorrhizae and should be fed like a drain to waste hydro system and can be fed everyday. you should feed to about 10% run off and should monitor the EC or PPM of the feed along with the Ph.
