Got the 4×4 a few months ago, and loving it! (especially when teamed up with their “T” model Cloudline fans that includes a controller that mounts outside the tent which is a feature of the tent as well).
I just picked up there 3×3/72 tent with the cloudline fan and filter set up and the temp and humidity controler. I have to say its nice solid equipment right out of the box you can tell when you feel it. the tent is the nicest ive owned the 2000d fabric is super nice, you can tell its strong and had no light leaks at all. The zippers are heavy and smooth. and the frame is solid. The fan and filter cloudline setup is basic but super high tech and functional in its simplicity and executes its purpose flawlessly. My states legalization bill went into effect today which was the perfect excuse to buy a new set up. last time I went through the process of piecing together a kit the prices were insane compared to now so needless to say the price point is exceptional. I would have never imagined being able to get the set up I did for the price I got it. And a huge part of that was because the whole air exchange and scrubbing system with tent only cost me 250 bucks.
Thanks for responding guys. They look amazing out of the box, but I was impressed with my current tent until it started leaking light 2-3 months in. Can’t beat real world reviews, so thank you all!! I’ve ordered myself a 3×3 👍
I’ve got a video on YouTube of a 4×4 unboxing they r really nice quality for the money and the bracket for their fan controller makes it really convenient for the in-line fans
I know a spoke to you already but i have mild light leak at the velcro vents and i was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what they did to fix it or if real mild indirect leakage is an issue? It worries me now because one of the people on this thread that has affinity posted a hermie. I did have problems with the top zipper and i have to really force it past about 6 inches of zipper before it goes smooth again but they are sending me a new one
I just got a 5×5 and starting to hear about light leaks so I just put a huge moving blanket over my tent when im not around
Ive owned so many tents and if you look hard enough theres light leaks on all of them. Dont get me wrong if your light cycle kicks on and disco balls your room thats a shitty tent lol. Personally I cover them with a piece of black duct tape. Because as we all know duct tape fixes everything:-)True talk though. 2000d fabric. take a look around at how many options for that are around at ac infinity’s prices.
exactly. that’s what i wanted to say too. i honestly don’t care what you’re preference is, they ALL leak light. all of them, no exceptions. the trick is to work with that feature. put similar light schedule tents together. keep veg tents away from flower tents. cover them with blankets (as someone else said). be smart about it. don’t just buy in to manufacturers hype. as for ac infinity. i now own 12 of their tents of different sizes (4×4, 5×5, 8×8 and 10×10). i have two things to say about them. 1. they are tough as hell. very well made. 2. very reasonably priced.
Oh I ended up grabbing the 2×2 for veg and its beautiful.
I love my ac infinity 4×5 perpetual so far. It’s my first grow though. I will say this. I wish it had more doors it only has one big door in the 4×4 section. Makes it hard to get to the back.
Are you trellising? I move my pots around and out of the tent when defoliating, topping, lst…….. foliar spray. Not that hard if ur not trellising. The more doors the more chance for zipper issues and light leaks.
Not for nothing. The 2×4 is the the highest sold size across the board with grow tents. In picked up this Spider Farmer Pro Series the specked at <b data-feature-name=”title” data-template-name=”title” style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color); -webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;”>4.6×2.3×6.6.

Definitely a favorite right now.
